COVID 19_NOVAL CORONA VIRUS

In the wake of COVID-19 i am writing my own thinking and consequence from this Noval Corona Virus escalated from China.

As per my understanding and based on regular news and journal issue by the government i think this Noval Corona Virus or COVID-19 busted in Wuhan a province of China where they were testing for something biological genetics for future world therefore it's negatively infected a common humanity who will become carrier of COVID-19 across the globe and infected about 198 countries world wide
which is now standstill all the nation with lock-downs and curfews to the common people who are mostly sufferer from the Corona Virus infections with no cure because no vaccine or medicine available in the market.

We The People of India living in a country where 130 Crore people living together either in joint family or in nuclear family or a migrant labourer or studying or working outside hometown which is very difficult to maintain the social distancing environment called by our Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji during lockdown 1.0 and 2.0. We live in India and Bharat with full of emotions and belief for each others those are now living alone without work and strength of emotions which is much above from food and facilities.

In current time after 22nd March 2020 on the Janta Curfew day declared by Sh. Modi Ji all the transportation facilities shutdown across the nation and did complete travel ban for public transport system to maintain social distancing between Citizen of India therefore couple of next day it will complete lockdown till 14th April 2020 declared on 24th March 2020 by Sh. Modi Ji.

All this excercise cause trouble to commute inter state transport system and people standstill where they were last on 21st March 2020 and no time to take decision to move down to their hometown which will affect to basically individual or institutionally labour community, students, individual migrants.

furthermore i have written some guidelines suggestion to our PM for reopening of lockdown stagewise periodically as follows. this was written by me dated 07th April 2020.

Aadarniya Shri Narendra Modi Ji,

I am writing my suggestion to GOVTENMENT OF INDIA for LOCKDOWN opening of 15^TH APRIL 2020 ON STAGGERED MANNER taking all precautions and measures to protect citizen of India from pandemic of corona virus.

We have about 130 CRORE people India within 28 States and 9 Union Territory therefore as per data reports and current sources news few state are badly affected like MAHARASTRA (MUMBAI & PUNE), KERALA (ALLAPUZA), RAJASTHAN (BHILWARA), MADHYA PRADESH (INDORE), TELANGANA (HYDERABAD), DELHI (UT), TAMILNADU (MADURAI & CHENNAI), UTTAR PRADESH (NOIDA AGRA) and many others locations as well in all across the country.

 As per Government medical journal and source this CORONA VIRUS spread through many types like two people touch, sneezing by virus infected person, any area where infected person roam around and contacted many others direct or indirect in any means that will cause spreading THE CORONA VIRUS all across the country which will infect the rest people of India regularly because virus is unseen or invisible. I am writing preventive measures as follows.

1)      AREA INVOLVEMENT OF HUMAN MANPOWER

A)     All Construction activities like Road, Building, Hospitals, Metro, Railways, Educational Institutes, Housing Projects and any kind of projects which involves more than two or more people which will be not allowed till 30^th May 2020 or as per site to site or project to project basis ground reports including guidelines regulated by to GOI only.

B)      All Plant and Factories division in two segment till 30^th June

a)      Steel plant, Cement Plant, Chemical Plant, Power Plant of any big plan which involve mass work force to be open post 30^th June only in stage manner and all the worker capacity not more than 50% till 30^th September 2020 (Manpower to be count based on last working day at plant to check manpower capacity)

b)      Pharmaceuticals medical equipments and medicine manufacturing units to be open on immediate basis which is not working during lockdown. Food factories those manufacturer or assemble food grains, staples, ready to eat foods including biscuits, bread, namkins or essentials requirement to be open by 15^th April on immediate basis

c)       Services giving firm like Telecom companies, BPO, KPO, IT Services, Electronic & Print Media, Hospitals, Educational Institutes

d)      Government and Private offices

e)      Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Theatre and Cinema Hall, Modern retails, Disco & Dance Bars, Convention & Exhibition centre, Community program, Club houses to be restricted till 15^th May and open only in phased manner fortnightly taking time till between 30^th June 2020 to 30^th September 2020 for complete operation of all activity.

2)      SYSTEMETIC DETAILS OF OPENING OF LOCKDOWN

A)     RAILWAY: To be open by 15^th April with only 25% capacity of passenger train which has only General class, Sleeper coaches only to commute only needy passenger. The selection method of passenger on rationing system (Passenger disclose about purpose of travel if purpose suits criteria then allow otherwise restrict those travelers). Moreover all the coaches have only seated passenger with 65% or 2/3 capacity of the coaches. This restriction till 30^th June 2020 meanwhile every fortnight to be check infection rates and relax the norms. During transit period the entire passenger allowed after medical check inside the station premises so you may create medical check-up camp outside the station only. The entire passenger shall be check pre and post of travel time also during exit station that should be check by competent authority then only they allow entering that station/city.

B)      BUS: To be open by 15^th April with only 50% capacity of passenger buses which has only Govt./Pvt. NON A/C seating or sleeper buses only to commute only needy passenger. The selection method of passenger on rationing system (Passenger disclose about purpose of travel if purpose suits criteria then allow otherwise restrict those travelers). All buses have only seated or sleeper passenger with 50% or 1/2 capacity of the buses. This restriction till 30^th June 2020 meanwhile every fortnight to be check infection rates and relax the norms. During transit period the entire passenger allowed after medical check inside the bus stand premises so you may create medical check-up camp outside the bus stand entry point only. The entire passenger shall be check pre and post of travel time also during exit bus stand locations that should be check by competent authority then only they allow entering that station/city.

C)      AVIATION/FLIGHT: To be open by 1^st May with only 50% capacity of domestic flights only to commute only needy passenger. The selection method of passenger on rationing system (Passenger disclose about purpose of travel if purpose suits criteria then allow otherwise restrict those travelers). All flights have only seated passenger with 65% or 2/3 capacity of the flights vacated middle seat of the aircraft. This restriction till 30^th June 2020 meanwhile every fortnight to be check infection rates and relax the norms. During transit period the entire passenger allowed after medical check inside the station premises so you may create medical check-up camp outside the airport only. The entire passenger shall be check pre and post of travel time also during exit airport that should be check by competent authority then only they allow entering that airport/city.

D)     METRO: To be open by 1^ST May with only 50% capacity of metro train and shall be 100% by 1^st July periodically based on commuters coming to station. All metro train without conggretion and less traffic so those commuters maintain social distancing as well. During transit period the entire commuters allowed after medical check inside the station premises so you may create medical check-up camp at entry/exit point of station gates.

E)      TAXI/AUTO/E-RICKSHAW: All this local transport system to be follows this guidelines with fail. For behind side seat of driver only. For Auto only 1+1 passenger allowed, E-Rickshaw shall handle 1+2 traveller at the same time. All the restriction till 30^th June 2020 therefore any relaxation based on case to case only approved by local competent authority.

3)      PUBLIC UTILITIY AREA

A)     SHOPPING MALLS: Opening restriction till 30^th April therefore periodically opening the mall taking all restriction of social distancing at entry point only. No gathering allowed inside the malls and food courts to be close till 30^th June however food court serves takeaway/home delivery during restriction period.

B)      THEATRES/CINEMA HALL: With 50% or half capacity of the total seat of the cinema hall to be open from 1^st May 2020. Restriction impose till 30^th June 2020

C)      CONVENTION CENTRES: no community program till 30^th June 2020

D)     EDUCATION CENTRES: As far as this is summer vacation of educatiol system for school but college/university exam running in all india level and post all admission for new session to be allowed by 1^st May 2020 only

E)      HOSPITALS: All hospitals running across India and they will maintain social security with social distancing.

F)      AUDITORIUMS: No seminars or any gathering till 30^th June 2020

G)     CLUB HOUSES: All club houses operation to be restricted anything working till 30^th June 2020

H)     MODERN RETAILS: All modern retails like Big Bazzar, More, Easy Day, Reliance Fresh, Metro etc. to be operate in full function in all days only they maintain the policy of social distancing public rationing system during operation of store or mega store across the nation.

I)        GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Only necessary office to be open from 15^th April and rest to be open periodically till next government order

J)       PRIVATE OFFICES: All private office to be close till 30^th April specially those involves into non-essentials work or services for the public therefore this restriction to be relax for some companies those are operating for manufacturing, production, packing, distribution, sampling and supply chain only. Before opening of operation they will take permission from local/state/central government only.

K)      DISCO BAR: Complete ban till 30^th June 2020

L)       CENTRAL JAILS: To be maintain social distancing and release prisoners whose verdict trails only

M)   HAAT BAAZAR: All haat bazzar with mass gathering under the supervision of local police only

N)     WEEKLY MARKETS: All weekly markets to be open from 1^st May under the supervision of local police only

O)     EXIBITIONS: No exhibition till 30^th June 2020

P)      HOME KITTY PARTIES: No home personal kitty parties till 30^th June 2020

Q)     BANKS: All bank to be open in all working days with 50% staff on rotational basis till 30^th June 2020

4)      MASS GETHERING AREA:

A)     CONSTRUCTION: All type of construction ban till 15^th May where 10 or more people involved in any single construction activities. Post opening of construction activities all worker to be check twice a day temperature monitoring system to maintain anymore casualty during corona massacre and spread to others.

B)      PLANTS AND FACTORIES: All plants and factories operation start from 1^st May under the supervision of local authorities maintain social distancing therefore all essential services/production/manufacturing units start from 15^th April onwards after taking prior approval by local competent authority.

C)       BANDH/HADTAL: No Bandh/Hadtal or anything mass gathering where more than 5 people together for any signal cause. 144 to be regulate across Indian State/UT.

D)     TRAVEL: Travelling by any mode like Train, Bus, Airports, Public Transport to be cost doubled for all till 30^th June 2020 to demoralize the public to travel across the country if all public transportation opened across the country including necessary request by travelers to furnish valid reason for travel across the country however if that will found guilty to be punishable offence for all.

Conclusion:

In all the current scenario I am writing with folded hands to our beloved Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji to continue the lock down till 3^rd May 2020 than you may relax norm periodically stage wise to save our motherhood country Bharat & India and do not open lockdown till 30^th June 2020.

Dear Friends & प्रिय मित्र

मैं प्रकाश गुप्ता, कुछ विचित्र परिस्थितिया देखकर बहुत दुःख होता है की हमारा देश भारत और इंडिया दोनों  है मगर आने वाला समय और परिस्थितिया में एक बहुत बड़ा बदलाव आ रहा है. आज मैं वर्तमान में पानी जिसकी विकराल समस्या पैदा हो चुकी है के बारे में में ध्यान आकर्षण कर रहा हु और साथ में कुछ सुझाव भी देना चाहता हु.

आज हमारे देश में  पैमाने में निर्माण क्षेत्र में प्रगति हो रही है जैसे रेलवे, मेट्रो, हॉस्पिटल, शिक्षा क्षेत्र, विमानन, अनुसंधान, खनन, आईटी, सड़क, बहुउद्देशी परियोजनाए व विभिन्य अन्य निर्माण क्षेत्र आगे बढ़ रहा है. वर्तमान में  भारत की जनसँख्या १२७ करोड़ के आस पास है जिसकी विभिन्य जरूरतों में सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण पानी है जिसकी विकराल समस्या हमारे  देश में घर कर रही है.

वर्तमान में हमारे देश  में २९ राज्य व् ७ केंद्र शाषित प्रदेश है मगर सभी में विभिन्य अलग अलग समस्या है जिनमे पानी की समस्या सबसे विकराल व अव्यवस्थित हैं अलग अलग गणना के स्रोत विभिन्य दस्तावेजों में उपलब्ध है मगर फिर भी आज २०१७ के भारत में पानी जिसके अपूर्व भण्डार व मानसून की उपलब्धता के बावजूद भी अधिकाँश  राज्यों में सूखे की समस्या विद्यमान है जिसके कारण भारत को अलग अलग परेशानियो का सामना उठाना  पड़ रहा है. जैसे कृषि उत्पादन में कमी, पीने के पानी की कमी, जल संचयन का नहीं होना व करोड़ो लीटर पानीकी बर्बादी प्रति वर्ष जो समुद्रों में गिर रहा है.

जैसा की हम  जानते है वर्तमान में हमारे  देश में निर्माण क्षेत्र में दिन बा दिन प्रगति हो रही है पर पानी जो की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है उसकी क्षमता में रोज़ कमी आ रही है और नदी तालाब झरने सूख रहे है और बर्फ के पहाड़ पिघल रहे है जिसके कारण पर्यावरण में बदलाव भी हो रहा है और वातावरण भी बदल रहा है.

मैं यह कहना चाहता हु की जब हम विभिन्न निर्माण कार्य में प्रगति कर रहे है तो हम पानी का  यातायात क्यों नहीं कर सकते, जैसे की भारत के जिस राज्य में  पानी अधिक है  वहां से पानी के पाइपलाइन से पूरे देश में पानी पहुंचाया जा सकता है जैसे हम उपयोगी खनिज तेल पेट्रोल, डीजल, गैस व अन्य उपयोगी तरल पदार्थ को विभिन्य बंदरगाहों से पूरे देश में पहुचायां जाता है तो बिहार से तमिलनाडु, असम से राजस्थान, या कश्मीर से लातूर, इलाहाबाद से ओडिशा क्यों नहीं जहा हर साल पानी बहुत  गिरता है ऐसे बहुत से क्षेत्र है देश में जहा बाढ़ आती  वही कही दूसरी जगह सूखे की मार पड़ती है जिसको हम पानी सप्लाई करके पानी की समस्या को कम कर सकते है जिसके लिए हमको विभिन्य क्षेत्रों का चयन करके पाइपलाइन से अलग अलग क्षेत्रों में बूस्टर पंप लगाकर सूखाग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में पानी की सुचारु व्यवस्था कायम कर सकते है जिससे हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था और विकास के क्षेत्र में सभी पक्षों के लिए समस्या का समाधान किया जा सकता है.

Koi Pasand hai

कोई पसंद है मुझे और वो भी मुझे पसंद करता है पर क्या करे उसको कोई और मिल गया है और उसको उससे प्यार हो गया जिसके साथ जाने के लिए वो तड़प रहा है और मुझे दिख रहा है कि जिसको ज़िंदगी कि सारी  खुशियां और समय दिया वो कुछ ही पल में किसी और का हो गया! बड़ा अजीब पल है और मेरी सोच समझ नहीं पा रही कि ये क्या हो रहा है क्या इसी का नाम लड़की है जिसको ब्रम्हा भी समझ नहीं पाया जिसको उसने खुद बनाया?

आज मैं बहुत ही अजीब सी परिस्थिति से गुंजर रहा हु कि क्या हो गया मेरे साथ जिसके लिए इतना वक़्त इंतज़ार किया वो एक पल में अलग कर दिया! कुछ बड़ी अपेक्षाए और आकांक्षाये जिसके कारण पास आये और तमन्ना पूरी नहीं हुई तो चले गए क्या शर्तो पर प्यार होता है या प्यार के लिए दिल कि जरुरत होती है??? ये लड़किया बहुत अजीब है और अब इनसे प्यार करने का भी मन नहीं होता क्युकी इनसे विश्वास उठ गया है और अपने से अफ़सोस कि तूने उसके लिए अपनी ज़िंदगी को भी दांव पर लगा दिया !!

NIRBHAYA

एक लड़की दिल्ली में जिसका बलात्कार किया  और मार कर फैक दिया क्या ये ही हमारा समाज है और हमारी समझ है समाज कि जहा हम रहते है !
बड़े अफ़सोस कि बात है कि आज हम जिस समाज में रहते है वह कुछ ऐसे वहसी और दरिंदे रहते है जिनके कारण आज पूरा समाज कलंकित हो रहा है और जो पुरे समाज को शर्मसार कर रहा है, पर क्या  दरिंदे इसके लिए जिम्मेदार है?

मेरी समझ ये कहती है कि ये हम सभी कि जवाबदारी है कि एक सभ्य समाज का निर्माण हमको स्वयं करना है जहा शिक्षा और रोजगार ऐसे हथियार है कि उसके द्वारा हम एक अछे समाज का निर्माण कर सकते है !

शिक्षा से हम अछा और बुरा का अंतर हर वर्ग तक पंहुचा सकते है जहा हर वयक्ति अपनी स्वतंत्रतता कि पहचान स्वयं कर सकता है और अपनी सुरक्षा स्वयं कर सकता है. विगत वर्ष जब सुबह का अख़बार पढ़ा तो पता चला कि निर्भया नामक एक लड़की का बलात्कार हुआ है जिसको आधी  बलात्कार के बाद कड़कढाती ठण्ड में रोड में फैक दिया गया और जिसकी मृत्यु कुछ दिनों के बाद हॉस्पिटल में हो गयी!

बड़े ही शर्म कि बात है कि आज ऐसा होता है जहा हम अपने आप को इक्कीसवी सदी का भारत बताते है जहा सब कुछ है पर एक सभ्य समाज नहीं है !!

महगाई एक  ऐसी समस्या है जिसका कोई इलाज  नहीं हैं. आज  समाज  में व्याप्त  भ्रस्ताचार से सभी ग्रस्त है चाहे कुछ खाना हो या पीना हो सब इतना महंगा है की कुछ लिया नहीं जा सकता है. सत्ता बाज़ार को ख़तम करो और बाज़ार को सस्ता बनाओ .

आज समाचार सुना पता चला की बीजेपी के पार्टी अध्यक्ष श्री नितिन गडकरी जी के अपने सहपाठियों को गधा और ना जाने क्या क्या कह रहे है और ये न सिर्फ नितिन जी की बात है ये सभी राजनितिक पार्टी के सदस्य के द्वारा कही जाती है जो की कितना शर्मनाक है कहा नहीं जा सकता है. 

क्या इसी का नाम राजनीति है जहा न कोई समाज है न ही संस्कार है? जब तक जिसकी पार्टी के लिए काम कर रहे है उसके लिए हम भगवान् है और बाकि सब हमारे लिए शैतान है.

आज का समाज जिसका कोई मोल नहीं है न ही कोई उप्देशिक सन्देश जिसके द्वारा हम अपने समाज में एक अच सन्देश दे सके की पहले हम इंसान है और मानव जीवन की प्रवितियाँ का प्रमुख कार्य जीवन को सुगम बनाना है. 

आज चुनावी माहौल में सभी पार्टी अपने चुनावी घोषणा पत्र में कह रही है की, महिला उत्थान, समाज सुधार, शिक्षा का प्रसार, बालिका विद्यालय की स्थापना, वितीय सहायता साथ ही यांत्रिकी लैपटॉप मोबाइल साइकिल और बहुत कुछ अपने घोषणा पत्र में शामिल किया है.

मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से ये कहना चाहता हु कि आखिर कब तक एक आडम्बर रूपी रक्ष्षा व्यक्ति एक आम आदमी कि भावनाओ के साथ खिलवाड़ करता रहेगा और अपने बड़े बड़े घर और समाज के ठेकेदार के रूप में अपना वर्चस्व बनाये रखने के लिए सभी प्रकार के दंड भेद अपनाते रहेगा! 

आज सभी को एक ऐसे व्यक्ति कि तलाश है जो बीना भाषण के अपने काम के प्रति समर्पित हो और समाज के हर तबके के लोगो को जरुरत के हिसाब से सुविधाए उपलब्ध कराये और एक सभ्य समाज कि स्थापना करे जैसे कि कुछ हिन्दुस्तानी आदर्श जिनको रियल हीरो का ख़िताब दिया जाए तो कोई गुरेज नहीं जिनमे प्रमुखता से ...

श्री जे ऍम लिंगदोह, श्री टी अन शेषण, श्री अन्ना हजारे, श्री नितीश कुमार, डॉ मनमोहन सिंह, और भी बहुत है जिनका नाम गर्व के साथ लिया जा सकता है की ये हमारे देश के रियल हीरो है जिन्होंने कुछ करने के लिए अपने को समर्पित कर दिया है.

आज वर्तमान में खुद को जागरूक करने की जरुरत है और सही गलत की पहचान करना जरुरी है.

आज का क्रिकेट पहले से कितना आगे बढ़ गया है ! क्या हो गया है हिंदुस्तान को जो अपना सब छोड़ कर क्रिकेट के पीछे लग गया है, पहले हम मनोरंजन और खेल भावना के साथ खेल का आनंद उठाते थे और आज जहा पैसा है वह खेल को आगे बढ़ाते है, अगर सचिन तेंदुलकर शतक लगा दे तो विज्ञापन की दर दो गुनी हो जाती है और अगर बाई चुन भूटिया सन्यास लेते है तो किसी को कोई फ़िक्र नहीं होती है, क्या येही है खेल की दुनिया? 

धोनी सचिन द्रविड़ लक्ष्मण गंभीर सहवाग ये क्या है इतने बड़े नाम और पुरे साल में कुछ नहीं, पर पैसा इतना दिया जाता है की आने वाली सात पीढ़िय भी बैठ कर खाए, वही दुसरे खेल में जो बड़ी बड़ी ट्राफी ले कर आये है उनको हवाई अड्डे में लेने भी कोई नहीं आया और इनाम के रूप में २५०००/- रुपये दिए जाते है जो देश का सबसे बड़ा शर्म है!

आओ देश को अछा बनाये और खेल में खेल भावना को और ऊँचा उठाये ताकि पैसा किसी खेल में बाधक न बने और न सिर्फ क्रिकेट बल्कि फूटबाल hockey में भी देश का झंडा बुलंद हो सके.

rista aisa ho jiski suchaai dil se ho na ki bhawnao se aur dimag se. Dil ek khoobsurat kitab hai jiska aaina mehsoos karata hai ki koi aisa bhi hai jiske liye hume kuch karna hai bhale hi wo samaj ho, pariwar ho, ya phir desh ho.
